Formula to import image?

Help,
I need a way to make an image show up when a formula condition is met or some way to have a conditional way to run a maco that I could record to bring in an image.
I can have the image already on the sheet somewhere if necessary, but would like the picture to show up in the users window when conditions of the formula are met.

Does it have to be imported, or can it be there all the time, and you just make it visible when your condition is met. You could put your formula in a cell, then put some code on the sheet module to check when the formula has met the condition, and show the picture

The picture can be there all the time and made visible when conditions are met.
For instance if A1 = A2 then the nearby picture would be visible.
