    =IF Formulas

Okay, so ive got a cell which i want only the numbers between 9 & 16 to be entered (including 9 & 16), i know how to create an = IF forumlae for one way but how do i make it for the other, heres my example. http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/6389/eewkf6.jpg

I would like in the same cell as my =IF, the same message but just applies for any number under 9 while still applying for numbers over 16, which will cause the message to come up, thank you.
