    Post Deleting empty cells

    Hello,
    i am trying to delet empty cells between rows. And of course i don't want it do manual since we are talking about 4000-5000 cells. Maybe with a function or so !?!

    Like:

    A

    B


    C

    D


    should be to:

    A
    B
    C
    D


    I hope you understand what i mean....
    PLEASE i need help...

    Select Column then Data > Filter > Autofilter and then select non blanks and delete rows

    that is wiered that second post is gone....!

    oh well...

    i tried and it doesn't do the job i want.
    you can filter the empty rows, but it also effekts the other data on the sheet..
    it is hard to explain...i attache a small excel data as an sample what i mean...

    I hope somebody can help !!

    Hi,

    Filter on non blanks then select Col A and press Ctrl + G. Select visible cells and copy. Paste to C1 and then show all
