time manipulation: 13:20 + 2:40 =???

Hi all,

here's a quick question that drives me crazy:
Say I have the time in cell A1 as 13:20 And in cell A2 I would like to state 'number of hours" eg., 2:40, I would like to see the end result on cell A3 as:

13:20
+2:40
--------
16:00

Does anyone have any idea how to do that?

Well, exactly what you said =A1+A2 ...

If need be, format A3 hh:mm ...

Also If total time is greater than 24 hours and you want to see it displayed in hours and minutes custom format a3 as [h]:mm
