    Question Strange

I can't figure this out. It is very stange. I have put in a formula =VLOOKUP(B6&D10&B10&B7,RatesMed!A1:B3000,2,FALSE) on a worksheet to pull from another worksheet. On the RatesMed sheet, I have put in close to 3,000 entries. My problem is that the entries were of course a cut and paste of formulas to equal B6, D10, B10 & B7 but it won't read them. It is returning a "n/a". I then copied and pasted all of the entries into word to remove the formulas and pasted back into the worksheet. Again, it won't read them. But if I type the entry without using the formula or without using cut and paste, it reads it just fine. I do not have the time or the inclination to manually type in 3,000 entries. Also, I am having a problem with dollars. On my first sheet it will show $1,000. On the sheet that I am referring to to pull the correct ammount, if it doesn't have the comma in it, it won't pull. I hope all of this makes sense. I never had this problem before and it is driving me crazy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi

You might have extra spaces at the end of your data, try this:

say your data is in culumn A, in any blank colum type =TRIM(A1) and copy down as far as needed then copy and paste over your existing data, make sure you save your data first just in case something goes wrong.

    Hope this helps!
