Highlight matched data in different worksheets

Hi,

I have a target list of email addresses in one worksheet (Sheet 2) and I would like to highlight all instances of these email address that appear in a different worksheet (Sheet 1).

The catch is that I want the highlighted records to appear in Sheet 1 & not in Sheet 2.

I have no idea what formulas I should use...

Any help, would be greatly appreciated.
