Removing first 3 characters of cell

Cell A1 contains "1 OSIM HQ Building"

but i just want cell A2 to show "ACME HQ Building"

i have about hundreds of entries with different buliding name,
for eg. "125 Kim Chuan Telecommunications Complex"

how do i make excel show "Kim Chuan Telecommunications Complex"?

Assuming the the first entry is in cell A1, try the following formula:

RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-3)
