    Exclamation printing and viewing errors

I've created a spreadsheet to track all of my expenses on a daily basis. i'm quite pleased with the way it turned out and have used it daily for 7 months.

However, I'm trying to print out the spreadsheet and am having many errors. I realized that when viewing as "print preview" many of the dates and formatting i used were changing.

When I printed it 2 pages were completely skipped and it tells me it is only a 7page document when its really 9 pages. The generated dates at the top are printing over each other or out of order or not printing at all. It's taking forever to spool on the printer (over 30 minutes). I've tried different printers but that didn't help.

It's not only the printing though. In print preview after page 5 the borders change and the dates don't display right. But it all looks right in the main viewing screen.

I've tried resetting all page breaks and settings and creating a new sheet but the same errors occurred.

I've spent hours trying to fix this and its driving me crazy!!

    Please help!!!

I can post my spreadsheet online if that helps.

Have you had the problem printing it before, or is this the first time you have tried to print it? What make/model printer are you using?
Can you post an example, to see if it will print on our machines?

I've attached a zip file with my spreadsheet.

It looks fine in the normal view but when you go to print preview it starts to change. If you scroll to the end you can see the dates at the top repeating themselves.

    THANKS!

OK, I 've printed it off OK all nine pages, but you have got border problems.
If you go to Window > Unfreeze panes so that you will now see the formatting to some of the cells isn't actually there - that's why it's missing.
Also another thing is your dates are not consistant on the top row, they start off in B1 in one format, then in cell AY1 they change. Also your Average calc's do not pick up all the cells- unless you're only averaging that quarter?

Just noticed the problem with the dates on the slant not printing - if you put these vertical it prints OK
