Text in Data area of Pivot table

Hi All

Is it possible to display text filed as it is in Data Area of a pivot tableInstead of displaying the count or sum etc.

I think not.

If your text is in column A which is labelled "description", select the field description in your pivot table so that each description is on a separate row, using a dummy column for the sum or count of field.
