making a form all a user ever sees

Hello

I am creating a form to gather a bit of detail from a number of people
I want to e-mail this form, have the user fill in the detail then e-mail it back to me
How do I create an Excel file such that only the form is available to the individual although I will be able to see the results

Problem with that is it will not let you hide all worksheets
When you try to hide the final worksheet you are prevented

All I want to show when you open the file is the form

Am I missing something as, I guess once this happens I will no longer be able to see the code unless I create 2 versions
