Excel Survey compilation

Hi,

I have a Excel Spreadsheet which contains results of internal survey. In this spreadsheet I have 13 lines which refers to 13 persons who responded to our survey with 95 questions (we scan results from paper answersheet). Each questions have 5 different possibilities. which is included in spreadsheet.
I would like to be able to compile this survey with results and be able to present a graphical presentation.
Is anybody able to help? Is there any tool that can help me compile my survey?
