creating table that can be numerically or alphabetically arranged

Hi
I know nothing about excel.
i want to create a table to list part names and numbers that are linked but can either be sorted by name or number.i would like to be able to add remove names and number and the table reorganise itself is this possible. hope this drawing helps.
