    Conditional Formating-change colour

I am trying to use conditional formating to achieve following. I thought it is simple but it is not done.
I have worksheet with almost 1000 rows and 25 colums. Some cells contin certain formula .I want to change colour of only those cells which do not contain any formula and presently blank say "Yellow" colour. So that User will know where to enter data. Once data is entered it should change to "No colour"

    How to do this?
