    Add Formula Automatically?

I've attached a zip file of a project that I'm currently working on that I'm hoping could add formulas automatically and create a refresh button.
I've included a description of what I was looking for in the excel file.
    Thanks
    Nate

"1. In "Item 1" users will copy the columns that they were given in access and paste them in the "PASTE SKU COLUMN" and the quantity's in the "PASTE QTY COULUMN"
    2. I would like to know how I could create it so that the rows are automatically added and formulas are also automatically added so it appears as "Item 2"
    3. How do I create a refresh button so that when a user is done they can hit "REFRESH" and the tool will go back to the origional look of "Item 1"
Thanks in advance for all your help!
    Nate"

    Hello Nate,

I downloaded your file and automated the process for you. I added 2 buttons to the worksheet: "Run" and "Refresh". The "Run" button calculates the individual weights based on the quantity as well as the total weight. It also adds the background color certain cells along with the borders. The totals for weight and quantity as placed into cells X6 and X7. You can use as many rows as yoou have on the worksheet for the data table. The "Refresh" clears the data table and the added formats.

Here is the code for the button macros...

I have attached the workbook with the macros added. Have a look.
