vlookup needed - or And if formula

The table above is my core data - what I am trying to do is provide a lookup that will do the the following:

eg new data is : Blue Shoes ...............

I need formula that will look for Blue in Column A:A then (And?) look for Shoes in Column B:B and return "Market".

Any help most appreciated.
