Email of a single sheet in a woorkbook.

Several weeks ago I purchased Excel 2007 as a update to 2000 version. The problem is MS eliminitated the "email this sheet", now when you email the whole workbook is sent, but if you want to print, only that sheet is printed. MS say's that no one ever used this feature in the previous versions. I know they screwed up on this one because they have offered me a free 2003 version however now MS has no more copies, and they wont be available till March 15th. Any one know how to get around this problem.
