    Carim,

    Totals are not matching with manual totals, see the attached file

    if "Good" feedbcak to one group((A3 cell)Thomas/Robert/Samuel/Suneel - "Good" ), all will get one count

    Now that you have the sumproduct() formula, why don't you adjust it to your specific needs ...
