trying to make a report card database

I want to make a report card database that will pull information from a database and put it into the appropriate spaces on a report card.
There are 3 teachers that need to enter information.
I have started to build the database.

I am using sheets.
sheet 1 report cards (one per page)
sheet 2 social teacher marks
sheet 3 science teacher marks
sheet 4 language teacher marks
sheet 5 attendance

My problem, I can make the first report card pull the appropriate info from the cells b2 c2 d2 e2, but when i copy that report card the second report wants to pull info from b42 c42 d42 .

Can this be done?
Am I going about this wrong?
Is there an easier way?

My goal is to be able to insert new students to existing classes and add the appropriate number of new report pages, and have everything updated automatically.
