    Pivot table issue

    Hi to all,

In a pivot table how to remove the totals, that is, after each unique occurrence a sum is displayed and I only want the data to be displayed normally without any sum after each occurence.

    for e.g.

    Emp# Amt1 Amt2 Amt3
    1234 200 300 400
    total1 200 300 400
    total2 200 300 400

And i want it to display like below:
    Emp# Amt1 Amt2 Amt3
    1234 200 300 400

    thanks..

data, pivot table options, uncheck the sub totals and totals boxes.

In my opinion, moving to a sumproduct solution is better, you can format it how you want, and it doesnt need refreshing when you change the raw data.
