Attached zip has .xls file that explains my question. I have weekly sales figure for fruits sold in store. I need to generate total sales made between two given dates. I tried SUMIF but couldn't achieve what I wanted. How can I do that? Thanks.

Hi,
See attached ...
To do that with a single formula......
=SUM(IF(D6:Y6>=C12,IF(D6:Y6<=C13,IF( ISNUMBER(D7:Y10),D7:Y10))))
confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER
thanks carim and daddy...
Is there easy way to take care of pro-rata value for a week that is not completely falling within given start and end dates.
What I ultimately want is to develop a VBA function that uses weekly data and returns me MONTHLY (pro-rata based) sum for all fruits.
