Open .CSV using macro with changing file path

I have a sheet that pulls values from a .CSV file that is updated throughout the day. On my computer this works great but when used on other computers, the file path to the .CSV file is not the same. I did some reading online and thought that this code would work but it doesn't. Ideas?

if the file path is always changing you could make a variable that promts user for the file path or make a drop down box of the possible paths the file could be in...

there are plenty of options its just depends on how you want it to work with the user.

I ended up using the following code and it works perfectly as long as both files are in the same folder.
