    Data Validation (Multiple Tabs)

How can I set up Data Validation to work with the options being on sheet one but the data validation list on sheet 2?

    Is this possible?

If you set up a range in sheet 1 linked by formula to sheet 2, then you can drive your validation from this.

Your best bet is to create a named range with the information you want in the drop down. Named ranges can be used on any sheet, regardless of where the data is. Moreover, with named ranges, you dont have to link sheets together using formulas.
