    Reformatting addresses

    Hi,
I have a few hundred addresses in excel in the following format

    Name Address1 Address2 Address3 Area City Pin

Is it possible for me to change that into

    Namee
    Address1
    Address2
    Address3
    Area
    City-Pin

Please let me know how I can do this. I will be saving countless hrs of typing if this is possible.

    Thanks
    Nazim

This kind of issue can be solved by using Transpose too.

Copy all the information you want to transpose, and then Paste Special, click on transpose then OK. It should give you the same result.
