    Mail merge, group rows

    Hi,
I have data that is a complex version of below:
    1 - bob jones - PO#4535 - [email protected]
    2 - bob jones - PO#4536 - [email protected]
    3 - bob jones - PO#3523 - [email protected]
    4 - terri smith - PO#5523 - [email protected]
    5 - terri smith - PO#2525 - [email protected]

    dashes (-) signify column breaks.

I have done mail merges with outlook/excel before. Can I do a mail merge that will mail bob 1 e-mail that lists rows 1 - 3 and mails terri 1 e-mail that lists rows 4 - 5?

    Thanks in advance,
    Mickey

You should first filter your data to show only unique names with corresponding PO# and emails then use that data for mail merge.
