I've seen instructions on how to zip a workbook to the forum a few times. They all applied to a PC. I am working on a Mac iBook G4 with OS 10.3. (excel 2004 if that matters) Any guidance would be appreciated.

In XP the (rightmouse on a file) 'Archive' function handles .zip files, if the Mac has no equivalent then you may need to try a free sample such as is available from http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Si fractum non sit, noli id reficere.
There are a number of zip utilities for Macs. At download.com, in the Mac section there's some like:
StuffIt Standard 10.0 (30-day trial):

MacZIP (free, not sure if it will run on OS X, but with 2000 downloads last week I can't imagine there are a ton of older Mac OS users that all of a sudden needed a ZIP utility):

Thank you for the links
