Trying to create an Inventory adjustment Form

I have 4 columns, Item, Description,Qty and Location with approx. 500 lines of entries. what I am trying to do is create 4 cells with the same info but have the QTY field of the pertaining cell be adjusted +/_ depending on the value entered. I have been looking for ways to do this in VB and VLookup but I am such a beginner that most of this is still way over my head. Does anyone have any suggestions. By the Way, this site has become addictive I have spent much of the past few weeks reading threads and Tips, you are all AWESOME..
    Thanks

I'm not altogether clear on exactly what you're trying to do but the easiest way would be to insert an extra column or two and put the tolerance(s) in those and then use a simple sum() or if() statement.

You can then hide any columns you don't want viewed.
