Sorting Financial Year from date

Dear Experts,

Please help me. I want to check the financial year as following function but not working.
Acol BCol.
Should be result as
30/04/2007 0
12/01/2007 200607
29/08/2006 200607
29/03/2006 0
29/11/2006 200607
29/11/2006 200607


I am giving this formula in B col but not working.
=IF(AND(E2>"31/03/2006",E2<"01/04/2007"),200607,0)

please help.
