Hi,

the 'not compatable' features is probably the blank Sheet2 and Sheet3, remove them.

After saving, open the file in Notepad to see if it is correct, and then PROVIDING that you have no commas in your data, Replace all comma with = to get the format you want, but I recommend you save that as a .txt rather than as a .csv (which it isn't now).
