Copy and paste problems with Excel 2007

I had posted this issue earlier and after uninstalling, running a disc clean on the hard disc and re-installing Microsoft Office 2007 it seemed fix the issue; however, I noticed the problem returned again. Going into my Add/Remove programs and updates, I noticed only one new update had been added automatically by Microsoft Windows - Microsoft Office 2010 Update. Since I had 2007, I then removed it, rebooted, and my copy-paste issue resolved again. How do I report this to Microsoft?

No, I read previous posts to try and figure out how to fix the problem. I noticed most were due to a SKYPE issue. I did not have Skype on my computer. A reply to my original post recommended I uninstall Microsoft Office and reinstall it. It didn't work, but then he suggested I uninstall it, run cleandisk and reinstall. That did it, but when Microsoft auto-updated, it put that blasted 2010 Microsoft Office update on my machine and it messed up my copy-paste functionality. In trying to find what had happened since I reinstalled the program, I did a search of all updates and program files and found the offending culprit - the Update to Microsoft Office 2010. Once I uninstalled that and rebooted, things worked fine again. Hence the beasty was finally identified and I wanted it reported to Microsoft.
