I have a job info spreadsheet I am working on. In the job status field I want to make a drop down menu which shows the history of the job status field (going back 4 weeks, a date per week, so 4 records in the drop down menu). What I want is to be able to choose a date from the drop down menu and be able to read what the job status is for that date. I have figured out how to include the job status info into the drop down menu but it requires time and steps I dont want to explain to everybody that will be using it. Is there an easier way to access the info in the drop down menu? A link from the dates in the menu to another cell or something like that? Any help would be appreciated!
