    Creating formatted Templates

I am trying to set up templates that are to be issued to various contractors to obtain lists of drawings. Some contractors will only have a handful of drawings, others will have hundreds. I want to be able to force the formatting, the page set up and print area, etc so that these lists display & print out correctly without me having to check each one.

So on the example i want to be able to copy the contents of sheet 2 to sheet 1, and keep the formatting for sheet 1, wrap text, vertical allingment set to top, print area set to range of data etc.

I know you can use match destination formatting, the problem is however that the contractors completing this work are either to lazy or just dont have enough of a clue to use this, so it needs to be forced.

I'm sure this is simple but i just can't work it out, any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

You can do it easily in 3½ ways.

Assuming the formatting is correct in sheet 1
    a) Copy the values from sheet 2 and paste special (value only).
    b) Record a macro to do a)
    c) Have a hidden sheet that just links to the values in sheet 2. That would keep the formatting.
    d) Tool -> protect. That would force the formatting.
