    Amendable Ranges in locked workbooks

    Hi

    I was wondering if i lock a workbook to make it view only to other network users can i make a certain cell range open to amendments, perhaps just one perticular column.

    Select that column and right click on it. Select Format, Cells, Protection and untick the box beside Locked, then protect your worksheet.
