Cut area & Paste area size problem

I have one excel doc with about 100 sheets in it.

I need to move all the lines from 40 to about 300 so that they then start at line 200.

When i cut all the info and try and paste at line 200 i get the message:

'The information cannot be pasted because the cut area and the paste area are not the same size and shape'

What is the best (and easiest) way to move these lines to where i need them?
