    Find and Replace

Is there a way to use find and replace so that the find and the replace is limited to a single cell rather than every cell on the active worksheet that contains a formula. e.g. if cell A1 contains the formula =if(and(b1<>1,ci<>1,d1<>1),1,"") and you copy that formula into cell A2 how can you then use find "<>1" and replace with "<>2" without having the replace occur also in cell A1?

    Don't do a Replace All....

Select cell A2 and do a Find/Replace, but click Replace (not Replace All)...once it has replaced the items in the select get out by clicking Close.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
