Tricky Formatting Issue

Hello -

I have been given a file in which several of the columns have strings of digits and from which I need to remove commas, periods, spaces, and dashes so that I end up with just the numbers. The commas, dashes, spaces, and periods are not in the same locations in the strings. I've included a sample of the strings below. What is the best way to remove the commas, dashes, spaces, and periods from the columns? Thanks in advance for the help!
