    I"m trying to convert multiple columns to a single row separated by commas.

    Example:
    Multiple Columns

    3.Bill
    4.John

    To One Row:

    The way your question is written, I'm not sure whether you want four columns to one row, or four rows to one row?

    If you want the later, then if your data is in A1:D1, then

    If its the former with your data in A1:A4, then you could do this, select B1:D1 and type this

    ,but enter as an array formula with Ctrl+Shift+Enter to apply { }

    Then in F1 put the first formula again

    Re: Convert Multiple Columns to Single Row?

    I have text in A1:A24 and I want to move it to B1 and have it look like this (TEXT1, TEXT2, TEXT3....). I think this is what the original poster was asking but I can not get it to work for me. Am i asking something different? I am using Excel 2003.
    Thanks!

    Hello ellibelli, and welcome to the forum.
