I have attached a spreadsheet that I need to pull data from and have put into a specific layout - optimally in a new worksheet. The relevant data has been highlighted to help make things easier. The Starting Data tab is how I receive the data and the Desired End tab is how I need for it to be.
Some notes:
- We're taking the Starting Data and formatting it to load into a database
- The "Size" entries are repeated for each "New Test Name"
- If "Absolute" is for a Pass/Fail test, then the first value is 0 and the second is 1
- Starting Data has the values is Low High order. Desired End is High Low
