Lock Aspect Ratio of objects on a workbook sheets

How can I lock the contents aspect ration of a workbooks sheets objects (test boxes, buttons, charts font, etc)? I have a report that looks great in my 1280X1024 resolution, but when I e-mail the report some of the command buttons gets push up (Igot two together in a chart) up, some of the font gets small some get bigger, the text boxes hide font and it look messy. Is there any way to lock the way it looks? I got and extra monitor next to my laptop to test the workbook, but even when I resize all to fit the rest of the computer the objects change shape? Any Ideas.
