Upside down text?

I have upgraded to excel 2007 and i cant figure out how to get my text to turn upside down. I thought that i could do that in older versions but i may be wrong. any help would be great!

there are several upsid down fonts you can get google 'free upside down font'

when you find one you like (it should have a .ttf extension).
go to c/windows /fonts click file ,select import font.
start excel and it should be in the drop down font list.

simply type anything normally-select sell-select fonts-pick your new font
het presto upside down writing.
