I am moving Excel spreadsheets with macros to another computer and having problems that they cannot find the macro or .xla files. I copied to a different subdirectory on the other computer.
Any guidance on how to make these work?

Hello Jim,
The macro code is saved as part of the Workbook. Add-ins can be stored stored anywhere. The system will look for them in certain folders automatically, but you can manually load the Add-In also. So, can you explain in more detail what you are doing? What is the operating system version and Office version on your machine, and the other machine?
