place my cursor over an item in a cell and have a bubble pop up giving more inf

I am working on an Excel spreadsheet but have run into a snag. I want to be able to simply place my cursor over an item in a cell and have a bubble pop up giving more information on the content in the cell. (I'm thinking something similar to when you are looking at your calendar in Outlook and you place your cursor over an appointment, all the info about the appointment comes up like the title, time, and location). Can someone please help me!? I have searched and searched online and have been unsuccessful. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
