    Recover damaged file?

One of my coworkers sent me a file with a circular reference, and while I was trying to cope with that, Excel crashed, taking with it my most crucial file, of course. I didn't have a backup, of course. (The new backup hard drive will arrive in two days.)

The file opens and starts to load, but a window for it never opens. The loading indicator just disappears. The window is not hidden; it's just not there.

Can anyone recover the file for me? It will be a massive pain to rebuild.

    Thank you!
