    Filling Forms

I am collecting data for a research study, which I then need to input into two separate online forms.

The forms require pretty much the same data but unfortunately they are structured differently and cannot be changed. (The order that things are inputted are very different).

I'm wondering if its possible to just type the data once into excel or something once and then find some program or function that can autofill the form for me based on the excel fields.

Please let me know what you think

An approach that I've used in the past is to use a macro to write a file of RUBY script (example shown below) which is used by a free program called WATIR to drive web pages. Looking at the file, you'll probably be able to work out what's going on - this code opens up this forum on the advanced search page and enters the criteria looking for questions with no responses (which is how I came across your question!).
