    Pivot - Display all values.

    Is there a way in a pivot report to repeat row values? In the simple example below, I wanted staff 1000 to reapeat for all rows.

    STAFF~~CODE~~CHARGES
    1000~~~100~~~80.00
    ~~~~~~200~~~5,000.00
    ~~~~~~300~~~5.00
    ~~~~~~400~~~1,000.00
    Thank you for your help,
    Pivot - Display all values.
    I think Excel 2007 has that feature, but nothing prior.
    Pivot - Display all values.
    Many times what you "want" isn't what you "need".
    What are you hoping to do?
    Maybe there's an alternative approach.
    Well, we'll probably have to ask that question to each customer. Our report exports went away and now it always gives plain detail without any formatting or totaling.
    I can use Pivots to mimic any given report except that the data does not repeat across rows like before.
    They'll just have to get used to it.
