Save Protected worksheet

I have locked certain cells and have left others open for data entry. I was able to save the workbook to my desktop- but I am not able to save it to a shared folder because it is a "read-only" file.

How can I save it in the shared folder with the protection on?

I would greatly apprecaite ANY help as no one has responded to my previous question.
