Stop updating previously saved linked spreadsheets

I am saving an excel report that is linked to other spreadsheets each week.
The values in the report keep updating to the current week. I need the previous weeks reports to keep the old info and not update when they are opened. The report has multiple tabs with spreadsheets.

if you dont want the numbers from previous weeks reports to change at all you could simple copy the entire worksheet then from the paste special menu, click paste values. This will remove all of the formulas and hence prevent any further updates.

What I'm trying to do is save the report with a new name (basically one with the week ending date) and that's it. I didn't want to have to copy and paste all the different tabs(spreadsheets) in the one workbook. Right now I have a wookbook with ten tabs. This would mean I would have to create another file and create the new tabs and then copy and paste each spreadsheet to their respective tab.
