    Adding trailing space

I have to add a trailing space to all cells in a worksheet. The length of the each string varies greatly.

    Any suggestions? Thanks!

Ha! Most people in this forum are asking how to get rid of trailing spaces.

One way is with a dummy column next to the one(s) with strings.
If your strings are in column A, then Insert Column B and in B1

Then drag that down to the end of your data.
Copy and paste special >values column B over to Column A and then delete column B

I know....I'm an oddball. I'm using this as a search and replace for partial strings within a longer string....and your solution works perfectly!

    Thanks!
