Error: Unable to get the RTD property of the WorksheetFunction class

Hi Everyone

I use an add-in to Excel called TradeExcel which enables me to get live prices. On one of my PC's i get the below error message when trying to pull a price down.

Unable to get the RTD property of the WorksheetFunction class

But on the other it works fine. Is there something in the setup which enables the RTD property which is required? I am new to this and have spoken to the company and they are unable to help.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the link.

I have read the page and it doesn't seem to say why or how this problem has arose. It is strange as it works fine one PC and not the other and there is not really any difference between the PCs setup. There must be a config difference but i don't know what it is.

Has anyone come up against the problem before?
