    Date and Time Stamp if Saved

    I know about the =now() formular for adding time and date in the spreadsheet.

    However, I want a formula like this if it meets these conditions:

    1)The Document is Changed.
    2) The Document is Saved.

    If the document is changed and saved then timestamp the document at the time of saving. If not then leave previous timestamp.

    If the time stamp goes in A1, you can place this procedure in the ThisWorkbook module:
