Seperating Data in a cell to multiple cells

Ok, so say i have a cell with value "3012-3034"
and i want it to put "3012" in its own cell and "3034" into another one beside it.

Is this even possible?

wow, excel never ceases to amaze me...
Too bad you cant seem to set two different delimiters for the same data though.
